Refunds for subscription plans are available under the following circumstances:
Proportional Lead Non-Delivery :If, within the first month of your subscription, the number of confirmed leads delivered is below 40% of the promised, based on the selected subscription plan, you may be eligible for a proportional refund.
2. Refund Process for Proportional Lead Non-Delivery:
Refunds for subscription plans are available under the following circumstances:
Notification : Contact our customer support within 3 days of the end of the first month of your subscription. Provide details about the number of confirmed leads you received and the number that was promised based on your chosen plan.
Investigation : Our team will review your request and cross-check the confirmed leads against the plan's promised leads. If it is confirmed that the lead delivery is significantly below the proportion guaranteed in your plan, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refund Calculation : The refund amount will be calculated based on the difference between the actual leads delivered and the proportion guaranteed in your selected subscription plan.
Refund Method : Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original subscription purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. Responsibilities and Limitations:
It's important to note the division of responsibilities between Zameen Square and the subscribing builders:
Lead Generation : Zameen Square is responsible for generating leads as per the subscription plan you have chosen. We make every effort to provide accurate and relevant leads to help you connect with potential clients.
Lead Conversion : The responsibility for converting leads into successful business transactions lies solely with the builders. Zameen Square is not accountable for the conversion process, negotiations, or any interactions that occur after lead delivery.
4. Exclusions and Limitations:
Please consider the following exclusions and limitations:
Beyond First Month : Refunds for proportional lead non-delivery are applicable only for the first month of the subscription. Subsequent months will not be eligible for proportional refunds.
Minimum Leads : The refund policy is applicable if the confirmed leads delivered are significantly below the proportion guaranteed by your subscription plan. However, if the minimum guaranteed number of leads for the plan is met, a refund will not be provided.
